Tor currently works Monday to Thursday from 8:30a.m. - 1:30p.m. Some appointments may be available outside these times with prior arrangement.

Appointments should be arranged and booked directly with Tor via email, phone or WhatsApp. Reminders will be sent out prior to the appointment. A Cancellation policy does apply for late cancellations or no shows. Appointments vary from 60-90 minutes long, depending on the service. All appointments will include assessment or review and treatment. It is difficult to know how many appointments you will need until a full assessment has been completed. Sometimes only one or two sessions are required but for some clients, longer courses of therapy are needed or ongoing monitoring may be the most beneficial.

If you cannot make your appointment, please let Tor know as soon as possible so that she can offer the appointment slot to other people who may be waiting. There are charges for late cancellations and no shows. 50% of session cost will be payable if less than 24 hours notice provided. Full session cost will be payable if you do not attend and have not contacted Tor.

It is best if you are wearing light, loose fitting clothing for treatments. Some items of clothing may need to be adjusted or removed to allow manual therapy or taping, but this will always be discussed with you. Gym wear/leggings are fine, but please avoid compression-style garments as they limit the movement of the skin, which is required for effective treatment. For scar therapy work, Tor will often be working directly on the scar, so please wear or bring clothing that allows you to be comfortable during treatments. Towels will be provided for maintaining discretion where required. There is a private bathroom in the treatment room - you are welcome to bring clothes to change into for your treatment if this is easiest. For paediatric patients, Tor may require some removal of clothes to check joints or muscles. Shorts are best for any lower limb issues. For babies, they may be stripped down to a vest for short periods to allow for full observation and assessment. This will always be discussed with the parent/caregiver who attends.

Tor treats from Bumpsy Daisy Cafe on Sukhumvit 31. The treatment room is on the top floor, only accessible by stairs. The cafe is a short walk from Phrom Pong or Asok BTS.
