Hi!
I'm Tor Lemon, the face behind THRIVE

THRIVE has a focus on Women's and Children's Health. I am passionate about supporting your wellness needs; from navigating the early learning of infancy to juggling the demands of pregnancy and motherhood!
What is Integrative Physiotherapy?
Integrative Physiotherapy is an approach which takes into account the whole person. It seeks to find the root cause of dysfunction, drawing on multiple treatment modalities and disciplines to achieve optimal healing. It relies on safe, evidence-based interventions. This may involve "traditional" Physiotherapy techniques, or it may rely on more alternative or holistic techniques. Often it is a combination of these that provides the best outcomes.
This approach considers the physical, emotional and environmental factors which could be driving forces in your condition and applies treatment where the body needs it most (Spoiler: this may not always be the area that hurts!)
